Safaris Began
Victory Safaris was founded in August 2018 by Gothusamang Mmolawa, born from a simple conviction: that the people best placed to show visitors the real Botswana are the people who grew up in it.
As a proudly Botswana-based mobile safari operator, we run every trip ourselves — from the waterlily channels of the Okavango Delta to the wide red horizon of the Kalahari — rather than reselling packages designed elsewhere. That local footing is what lets us build a trip around a guest instead of fitting a guest into a fixed itinerary.
Eight years on, the company is still small and founder-led by design. Every safari is personally overseen, every route shaped by guides who know these landscapes as home ground, not just as a route on a map.
